At your service: members to receive their pay rise in December

PSA members at the Department of Customer Service (DCS) will receive their pay increase in the first pay run in December. DCS confirmed the 4 per cent pay increase will be in the pay run on or around 5 December 2024. The increase will be backdated to the first full pay period on or after

PSA members at the Department of Customer Service (DCS) will receive their pay increase in the first pay run in December.

DCS confirmed the 4 per cent pay increase will be in the pay run on or around 5 December 2024.

The increase will be backdated to the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2024.

Increases for non-executive employees in DCS and Service NSW are as follows:

  • 4 per cent from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2024
  • 3 per cent from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2025
  • 3 per cent from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026.

There will also be a 0.5 per cent increase to superannuation for this financial year and again in the next financial year.

Other PSA members eligible for the pay increase are expected to receive their higher pay rates, with backpay, at roughly the same time, or the following pay run.
