PSA members recognised for their work in schools.
Three long-term PSA School Administrative and Support Staff union members, Pamela Chamberlain, Suzan Heavener and Heather McGinty, received awards for their contributions to public education at the Service Recognition Dinner at NSW Parliament House
This is a yearly event acknowledging 50 years or more service to NSW public education.
The awards were announced by Education Secretary Murat Dizdar and awarded by Education Minister Courtney Houssos. PSA Schools delegate Joanne Nieass and Education Industrial Manager Siobhan Callinan attended the event to support the members.
The Public Service Association of NSW and Community and Public Sector Union (SPSF Group) NSW Branch acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we work and the places in which we live. We pay respect to Ancestors and Elders, past, present and future. We recognise the unique cultural and spiritual relationship and celebrate the contributions of first nations peoples to Australia.
