Disability provider springs roster change on staff.
The CPSU NSW is aware Life Without Barriers (LWB) has announced a master roster change which impacts members working at the provider’s Warner Avenue site.
“Master roster changes require your employer to consult with you regarding your circumstances,” said the union’s Assistant General Secretary Troy Wright. “Your employer cannot simply impose a new roster without demonstrating that they have considered what you have put forward.”
The CPSU NSW will keep members notified about further developments.
