“I like that my job is varied,” John said. “We look at different processes and how they work and how they can be improved.
“The work has given me skills I have taken on as a Delegate in that I can read and analyse rules in detail and ensure they are properly applied for the benefit of members.”
The Ministry of Health is a vital part of the NSW Government. John’s role in keeping the system going makes him an essential worker, as are all Ministry staff.
