The CPSU NSW, the union representing non-teaching staff in the state’s TAFE system, today celebrates National TAFE Day.
“The NSW TAFE system is undergoing a renaissance thanks to the work of groups such as our union, which have fought to reverse the damage done by years of cuts to what is a world-class vocational training system,” said CPSU NSW General Secretary Stewart Little. “We are proud to stand by our members in TAFE on a day that celebrates an institution that has launched life-changing careers for so many people in our state.”
CPSU NSW representatives visited campuses throughout NSW on National TAFE Day and the days leading up to 6 September.
Mr Little also recorded a video message in support of TAFE and its staff on the day. Click HERE to hear his message.
