It’s nearly that time of year again where the PSA encourages the school community to celebrate its vitally important support staff and wellbeing professionals.
The PSA Schools Recognition Week is scheduled to take place from 26 August to 30 August 2024.
The week celebrates administrative and supprt staff, General Assistants and Farm Assistants, those in the science lab, the library, technology, and applied sciences, our those working in the classroom and supporting the wellbeing of students.
“We encourage all Principals to plan an event and activity to celebrate We Just Do IT and recognise the non-teaching staff across the school community,” said PSA CPSU NSW General Secretary Stewart Little.
The Public Service Association of NSW and Community and Public Sector Union (SPSF Group) NSW Branch acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we work and the places in which we live. We pay respect to Ancestors and Elders, past, present and future. We recognise the unique cultural and spiritual relationship and celebrate the contributions of first nations peoples to Australia.
