It pays to call your union.
Two members have received substantial payments from their employers thanks to union action.
One member received $150,000, while the other received $50,000.
Under the terms of the payments, the PSA CPSU NSW is unable to supply further details.
“This proves the union is there for you,” said General Secretary Stewart Little. “In both cases, members felt their employer had a case to answer for. By being a union member, they had someone to turn to and confirm this. If you think you have a genuine issue at work, talk to us.”
