Eric is a Business Concierge with the Service NSW Business Bureau, which gives small firms support.

“My job involves helping small business to start, run and grow,” he said. “That can be by helping them navigate regulatory requirements for a small business to start and what regulations they need to abide by when they start operating and what support, such as training, is available to them.

“We help them navigate government programs as they grow. I point to where they can find other information and resources.

“I help small businesses make better decisions.”

Eric has been with Service NSW for five years, beginning when the agency had its hands full helping businesses deal with natural disasters and the pandemic.

He said he likes the diversity of business ideas and experience he comes across.
