Code of Conduct changes made without discussions with union.
Public Service Association of NSW (PSA) General Secretary Stewart Little has raised concerns with the Minister for Education and Secretary of the Department over changes to the Code of Conduct.
“The Department wrote to your union on Friday to notify us it was intending to make the changes,” said Mr Little. “There has been no formal consultation with your union prior to the changes being announced.
“This is a breach of consultation requirements.
“Your PSA representatives have been reviewing the changes in detail to identify the risks to members and how it could impact your employment.”
