Chief Operations Office will see more people employed.
The Public Service Association (PSA) welcomes the creation of a Chief Operations Office of EnergyCo.
The union, which represents EnergyCo’s employees, has welcomed the proposed creation of 43 new positions, with eight positions to be deleted.
The PSA is monitoring the changes to ensure a fair and transparent process for placing existing impacted staff in the new structure.
The PSA understands this tranche of changes also includes a number of changes to reporting lines, existing positions and their responsibilities
