Dispute continues with Revenue NSW.
The Public Service Association (PSA) has requested that the Department of Customer Service (DCS) Industrial Relations and Revenue NSW management immediately suspend the daily flex caps and forced break schedules while a dispute remains active.
The dispute following a recent call by the PSA for feedback from members regarding unilateral changes to flexible working hours
The PSA received numerous responses from members across the Lithgow and Maitland offices. It collated the information and formally submitted a deidentified summary of concerns to DCS Industrial Relations.
Common issues included inflexible daily accrual caps, forced breaks and WHS conflicts.
